Stage #1 – Initiation & Team Selection. Working intimately with your business Leadership to understand exactly what it is they want, and to help ensure Leadership of the team we lift are fully aligned. Drawing from our strong network and working with/coaching you through your recruitment process (i.e. shortlisting, interviewing and offer presentation) to attract the best people.
Stage #2 – Leadership Integration. Working with both parties to ensure a smooth process around moving people in a timely fashion and ensuring the team are happy, with retention plans developed.
Stage #3 – Operational Integration. This is integral to ensure all know exactly what is required to besuccessful in the new environment. This includes helping structure retention, bonuses, career planning and growth for the individuals within the new firm.
Stage #4 – Cultural Integration. This involves helping all on both sides to work together to be most successful, and make sure everyone feels valued.
